Open Call Magrafica'25

The call for entries is now closed. It was open to anyone over the age of 16 working with graphic techniques. Submissions were accepted until 27 February 2025. To take part in the project, artworks had to be submitted both physically and digitally, the latter via Kunstwerkt’s Beeld platform.

By 15 April at the latest, participants will be informed whether their work has been selected for the opening exhibition. Selected artists agree to lend their physical artwork and grant reproduction rights for the duration of the project, from January 2025 to December 2026. All works will be insured and returned to the artists afterwards.

Excecution

Submitted works must be created using a graphic technique, including but not limited to: linocut, woodcut, wood engraving, etching, copper engraving, lithography, pronto print, screen printing, monotype,...

Crossovers of these techniques, including collage or combinations with other drawing media, are also accepted. Digital prints or photocopies are allowed, but only when combined with analogue techniques.

Artists are free to choose the format and support for their work. As a guideline, artworks should be transportable by a single person using public transport.
